Submission Guidelines

We are excited to feature multi-perspective and impactful content in public health. Please review the following guidelines to ensure your submission meets our technical and content standards.
1. Content Types We Accept
We are looking for pubic health related:
Patient, Caregiver, and Community Stories
Professional Insights and Research Spotlights
Educational and Wellness Content (e.g., yoga, meditation, exercise videos)
Policy and Advocacy Discussions
Blogs, Articles, or Other Written Contributions
2. Technical Requirements
To ensure smooth integration with our platform, all submissions must meet the following specifications:
Video File Types Supported:
Videos: MP4, MP4 H.264, MOV, AVI, MP4 for iMovie
Written Submissions: DOCX, PDF
Length:
Videos: Up to 30 minutes in length
Blogs or written content: 500–1,500 words
Resolution for Videos:
Minimum: 360p (suitable for smaller screens and lower bandwidth)
Recommended: 1080p (Full HD)
4K (Ultra HD): Higher resolution than 1080p but not required for PUBHealthTV at this time
Aspect Ratio:
Preferred: 16:9 for optimal video display
Audio Requirements:
Format: AAC, MP3, WAV, WMA, Audio for Apple, FLAC, , AU
Bitrate: 128k or higher
How to Submit Videos:
Complete the Broadcast Form
Begin by completing the broadcast form on our website. This form helps us understand your content and how it aligns with PUBHealthTV’s mission.
Email Your Video
After submitting the form, you will receive an email with further instructions. Attach your video file (up to 500 MB) to your reply, or provide a link to your video hosted on a platform like YouTube, Vimeo, or Dropbox.
Approval Process
Once your video is submitted, our team will review the content for alignment with our guidelines. We’ll contact you within 3-5 business days to confirm acceptance or request any additional information.
Next Steps
Upon approval, your video will be scheduled for publication, and you’ll receive confirmation of the expected release date.
3. Legal Compliance
By submitting your content to PUBHealthTV, you agree to adhere to the following standards and assume full legal responsibility for the material you provide:
Copyright:
You own the rights to your content, including videos, blogs, images, music, or other materials, or you have obtained proper permissions for any copyrighted elements included.
Privacy and Consent:
Your content must not include personal or sensitive information about others without their explicit, written consent.
If your content features individuals (e.g., patients, caregivers, or others), you are responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions to use their likeness, stories, or contributions.
By submitting content, you assume full legal responsibility for ensuring all necessary permissions have been obtained and that your submission complies with applicable copyright, privacy, and consent laws. PUBHealthTV is not liable for any breaches in this regard.
4. Consent to Publish
By submitting content to PUBHealthTV, you grant us the following rights:
Publication and Distribution:
A non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, distribute, and share your content across PUBHealthTV’s platforms, including but not limited to our website, Roku channel, YouTube channel, and social media platforms.
Modification for Platform Fit:
Permission to make minor edits (e.g., formatting, trimming, or captioning) to ensure your content aligns with our platform standards and technical requirements.
Attribution:
PUBHealthTV will credit you as the content creator unless you request anonymity in writing at the time of submission.
5. Content Rights and Removal Policy
Content Ownership:
As the creator, you retain all rights to your work. By submitting content to PUBHealthTV, you grant us the non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, and share your material across our platforms to fulfill our mission.
Requesting Removal:
If you wish to remove your content from our platforms, please contact us at contact@pubhealthtv.com with your request.
Allow 7–14 business days for us to process and complete your request.
6. Content Review and Editorial Control
PUBHealthTV reserves the right to review all submitted content and determine its suitability for publication. Submissions may be declined if they do not align with our mission, meet quality standards, or comply with our legal and ethical guidelines.
7. Accuracy and Opinions
Contributors are responsible for ensuring that factual information in their content is accurate and appropriately sourced.
Opinions expressed in submitted content represent the views of the contributor and not necessarily those of PUBHealthTV.
Content Removal Policy for Inaccuracies: PUBHealthTV reserves the right to remove or revise any content if it is discovered to contain inaccuracies or misleading information, even after publication. Contributors will be notified of such actions when possible.
8. Contributor Contact Information
Contributor contact details provided during submission will only be used for communication about your content or follow-up questions. PUBHealthTV will not share your contact information without your explicit permission.
9. Ethical Standards
PUBHealthTV is committed to maintaining ethical standards in public health communication. We encourage content that uplifts a variety of voices, fosters meaningful discussions, and avoids discrimination, sensationalism, or misinformation.
10. Accessibility Standards
